All proposals must include:
- Complete
description of the proposed project, with an itemized budget and /or
audited financial statements. The description should not exceed three
pages, excluding financials. Additional material may be discretionarily
included.
- A review of past and planned activities.
- List of past and present funding sources.
- IRS statement of tax-exempt status.
